Aristotle of Nicomachus the Staggerite (Ancient Stagira, 384 BC - Ancient Chalkida, 322 BC) was an ancient Greek philosopher and scientist born in Stagira of Halkidiki, Macedonia. At the age of 17, he enters the Academy of Plato in Athens, where he remains until his 37th year. There he relates both to Plato himself and to Eudoxus, Xenocrates, and other thinkers. His works refer to many sciences, such as physics, biology, zoology, metaphysics, logic, ethics, poetry, theater, music, rhetoric, politics, etc., and constitute the first integrated system in Western philosophy. From reliable sources, we learn that Aristotle was the incarnation of the right measure in all the manifestations of his life. The innate kindness and tenderness of his soul are found in his covenant. But his great charity appears in that part of the covenant, which stipulates that no one is sold by the slaves who served him but be released as soon as they reach adulthood. The Alexandrians estimated that Aristotle wrote some 400 books in total. Much of his work was lost. It was in the category of public or "external" courses and was written in an interactive format. Of these only the Athenian state was saved, in a papyrus found in Egypt. His saved works today correspond to the teaching that Aristotle did to his advanced students period of maturity begins with biological research and its conclusions are the first systematization of biological phenomena in Europe. Aristotle's thoughts and teachings, briefly described by Aristotelianism, have influenced philosophical, theological, and scientific thought for centuries up to the late Middle Ages.
