A folding fruit knife with a mother of pearl handle and a sterling silver blade. It was made in 1870 by Thomas Marples of Sheffield, England. There is a fancy script monogram in a silver shield on one side of the handle. The closed knife measures 3 5/8 inches, when open it is 6 1/4 long.

CONDITION: Very good. One tiny nick on the blade edge hot.
