Patterned fabric waves accent the top and bottom of this charming blanket. It is hand finished with bands of navy blue star patterned fabric. There is a cute fishie on the back side as seen in the folded quilt picture. This quilt measures 46 inches wide by 44 inches tall. The pattern is my original design and is one of a kind.
