Old Zuni Snake Eye Turquoise Screwback Earrings - Natural Turquoise

Love these older (40s/50s) Zuni earrings with pretty natural turquoise! The color of these is a medium to darker blue, changing due to hot age of natural turquoise. Each piece is set with 4 hand shaped stones, set in a fine sawtooth bezel. No hallmarks, as was customary before 1980, but stamped "Sterling" on the ends of the screwbacks.

Face of the earrings is 1 1/2" high and 11/16" wide. Together they weigh 4.9 grams tested sterling.

Excellent condition. Has some age patina, has not been cleaned or polished. Stones are secure without chips or cracks. Screwbacks work well.
