Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID 19 DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN STATED BELOW. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SUPPLIED SO YOU CAN FOLLOW ITS PROGRESS.

My parcels are sent out within 1-2 days (unless otherwise stated). I use Royal Mail tracked and signed for the UK and the rest of the world. Your artwork should arrive within 2-3 days in the UK and from 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Please allow an extra day if ordering after 11 am on Saturday. I will message you with the tracking number after the parcel has been posted.

The artwork in a mounting card is sent within a plastic sleeve with cardboard stiffeners within a bubble wrap envelope. Framed pictures have a polystyrene piece over the glass and layers of cardboard and bubble wrap around the frame.

Returns policy
If you are disappointed with your artwork or if it has arrived damage please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of what is wrong. If I am unable to satisfy you then I will fully refund you. Please note this is a unique product so I will be unable to replace it.

Copyright policy
I am selling you an original piece of artwork but not the copyright. As is standard in the art world this remains with me, the artist, and I may use the image in my books and for other uses. However I am happy for you to make copies of the artwork for personal use or to post a photo of the artwork on social media as long it is not in a defamatory manner.
