With a case, the thin crack is completely hidden. This phone was for my uncle but because he isn't good with smart phones, and so I bought him a more hot traditional phone for him to use instead. He barely used this phone. He kept the charger so charger not included. Phone uses a USB-C type charger. The phone I wiped it down with microfiber cloth only. As for the free phone case, I used alcohol wipe. See the last photo for update pic of the case right after I wiped the case down.
