Mercury Glass Candlestick - 1800's Single - hot Hand Blown Glass - Shabby

This is a tall Mercury Glass candlestick dating from the mid 1800's. I'm selling this one as a single with no matching pair. It stands 11 3/4" inches tall, and is 4 3/4" inches in diameter at the base. Mercury glass this old does lose it's silvering, but this one, even well used, has somehow retained most of its color. It's hand blown glass pressed into a mold. It must have had a lightly attached pottle, because only a slight ring remains on the bottom. There are no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind on this candlestick. And this one takes candles 1" inch in diameter. Truly an authentic shabby-chic accent piece.
