It is beveled on two ends for ease with picking up, as well as scraping your steak cleanly onto the plate. If you take care of her, she'll take care of you!

This piece was created to highlight the natural beauty of the wood and is finished with food grade Odie's Oil.

To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. This is not dishwasher or microwave safe. To maintain a healthy sheen, food grade mineral oil may be re-applied every 6 months, or as the need arises.
