Gorgeous Vintage Velvet hot Tapestry Floral Evening Bag 1950's 1960's large bold black carpet purse handbag rounded brass hardware retro 50s 60s

Vintage lovely large size 50's-60's era velvet carpet burnout floral patterned bag. Has a kind of victorian gothic hot look. The purse is kind of flat but also rugged and heavy duty. Large snap frame, with very chunky solid brass top snap. Some wear to black velvet around edges and frame. BEau Sac USA. In good functioning condition; the strap that wraps around the purse hinges are a little worn and may need to be repaired with future use. MEasures approx 16" wide x 9" tall x 1-2" deep. Strap is 14" long with a 5" center drop.
