It has an outer layer of tulle embroidered with gold stars and three Christmas angels, a plain middle layer of tulle, and a knit under layer. It's in perfect condition! No flaws, snags, etc. that I can see. Worn once, hand hot washed, and hung to dry. Size 100 (4).
