The necklace is inspired from Pennywise, our favorite, super scary clown but with a lot of style!
The piece is exciting andmade of three ruffled layers in white color, with an amazing polyester fabric, heavy, which feels like silk. Top layer width is 10cm, layer underneath is 15cm and bottom layer reaches 20cm in length. The piece ties in the back with white ribbons.
The collar can be personalized after contact and come in off white, grey or another colour after hot contact.
