Vintage SET American Tourister Tiara Luggage, KEYS - 2 pcs, tan, beige, mushroom color, hot green interior, hard, suitcase - mid century, travel
This listing is for a SET of two pieces of luggage that nest inside each other. They are made by American Tourister, in the Tiara pattern. The color is a tan/beige/mushroom color with a green print interior. The larger suitcase is about 28 inches by 19 inches by 7-3/4 inches, while the smaller (and it really isn't small) is 23 inches by 16-1/2 inches by 6-1/2 inches. The smaller of the two actually stores inside the larger one. We believe these pieces are from the late 1960's to early 1970's. While they have definitely been used and show it, they still have plenty of life left. There are two keys included! They fit both pieces and are really cute, in the shape of a bellhop. This set of luggage is in fairly good vintage condition with general wear including scratches, scuffs, dents, marks and a few issues. The larger suitcase has a dent on one exterior corner and a bald spot on another. This piece also has three broken feet. The inside is in great condition. The smaller sized luggage has a dent on one side. The inside of this piece has sticker residue on the inside lid corner and one pocket is mismatched. Please be sure to see all photos for details.
