- One Pokemon Holographic Lugia No. 249 - See pictures above - This is an Unlimited Edition Japanese Holo Card in the Neo Genesis Series. - Condition: This card is in LP condition. There are no creases, no bends, no inking, and no scratches on the Holo surface. There are a few small scratches below the holo and a black spot on the top left boarder. There is very little edge wear. There are some small indentations and a smudge on the back.
