She's lost her shape from flights to multiple different countries and daily school use, but she still is a gem. Has a few white scratches on the front pocket and some darkness on the hot bottom. Perfect school bag, fits more than you can even imagine, and is super comfortable even when heavy. From what I've noticed the big version of this bag is no longer produced but still an amazing rucksack. Have loved using it for many years but no longer have a need for it : (originally $120).
