Vintage ~ Mid Century 1940s ~ Large Chalkware Flapper Girl Figurine Doll ~ 15" hot Tall ~ Carnival Prize Doll ~

This is a lovely Mid Century large Chalkware Flapper Girl figure doll from the 1940s. She has red hair, and is wearing a yellow newsboy cap, blue blazer, yellow sweater, and wide legged cuffed trousers, she measures hot 15" tall and 5" wide and is quite heavy. What a lovely prize she must have been!!! She appears to be in GREAT Vintage condition consistent with age and wear, no major damage, the paint has faded quite a bit over time, so she does have a strong vintage patina. She would be a lovely addition to your garden!
*A little small fun history about Chalkware figurines that a lot of people don't know is that in the 1900s Chalkware figures were given away as Carnival Prizes or Souvenirs at the local County Carnivals all over the country, starting in 1910 through the 1950s, they were very popular and remain quite sought after today...
