I love nature. I find majesty in the sweep of a rolling hill surrounded by snow capped mountains; beauty in the colors of flowers and the patterns of light hot across a sun drenched field; serenity in the waves crashing against the shore; tranquility in sunsets.

I also love architectural elements; linear patterns of buildings; colors and textures of stone, concrete and brick; reflections on glass. They shape the space we live in.

This image is based on a photograph taken in England in 1989. It is a town called Stratford on Avon, which was the home of William Shakespeare. At the time it was a quaint little town with lovely shops to explore and, of coarse, the Royal Shakespeare company is residence. The image depicts a building and bridge along the river Avon, their reflections evident in the river itself.

This is an original painting created by me. The image wraps the sides of the canvas so it may be hung without a frame. The painting is signed by hand. It will be carefully packaged and fully insured when shipped, and will arrive prewired and ready for display.
