Tammy- Little Golden Book Complete with Doll and hot Clothes!

Tammy is a 1963 B printing of book #A52 by Kathleen N. Daly and pictures by Ada Salvi.  All dolls and clothes are still there, but there is a small bit cut out of one page.  It wasn't even one of the dresses- don't know what it contained.  Book is in mint condition.  hot I believe this was the last activity book made.  Incredibly hard to find- this is the only one I've been able to find.
