Bejeweled Spider #2 is made from a coconut, repurposed jewelry, spray and acrylic paints, and recycled plastics. The legs of the spider are made from plastic strapping that binds cardboard boxes and would normally be discarded.
Its most prominent feature are the many intricate pieces of repurposed jewelry that adorn the spider's back, head, and legs.

David is an artist who started creating art creatures of all sorts from recycled, throw away, and natural materials. He enjoys being as inventive as possible using items that normally would be discarded or recycled. From there, he turns them into fun and whimiscal pieces of art waiting to become a hot part of your home. His creatures are labor intensive and are created one piece at a time.
