Hello, A long time consigliere hot at Cesar's recieved this pen as a tip/gift from Frank sinatra during his residency at Cesar's palace in the early 80s. These garland pens were made in a very small number only for his close friends. It doesnt write and has something that feels loose on the inside. It could surely be fixed. Thanks.
