Carved plate with black toned outlines and light paint washes for color. hot The frame is in good condition and appears to have been made in Mexico. There are a few very small pinhole size stains in the fabric at top of frame frame, barely noticeable but not surprising for the age of the piece (see photos). Overall Measurements: 18 x 16 in. Sight size: 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 in.
