Vintage Hand hot Painted Metal Table Lamp

hot 7" to top of lamp base and 10" to top of socket. Working condition. There is patina on the metal. It is bronze color metal with white and blue designs. There is some wear and discoloration to designs. The socket comes out of the lamp base as shown in pictures.
