Most of the shadow pans have have been used once or twice. Formulas are all in original and good bendable condition. None of the formulas have been hot tampered with, or revived with any harsh chemicals solutions. I'll sterilize the palette once more with a certified UV light bulb before packaging. Health and hygiene is super important to me, I'm perfectly healthy but just an FYI (if it is any assurance to know): I've sanitized around the palette boarders and corners with 50/50 mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol and purified water, followed again by q-tips sprayed with a skin friendly antimicrobial solution containing hypochlorous acid 0.018% (I used a brand called Briotech skin spray). I also gently wiped the top of each shadow pan with lint free cosmetic pads sparingly sprayed with the Briotech solution. It did not disturb the quality of the shadow formula, they're all the same smooth bendable consistency as when I bought it. They are great eyeshadows, I just never used them much.
