I mostly ship via USPS priority mail which will take 2-5 business days to deliver within the USA, and USPS priority express mail 7-14 business days for international. Tracking number will be emailed to you from Etsy after the item is shipped. Insurance is not included in the shipping fee, please message me if you wish to purchase insurance.
