There is a risk when you purchase plants during winter and you live in a cold climate. If you have issues with your order, by all means, contact us. HOWEVER, please understand we are a small business and cannot refund due to cold damage, usps delays, usps using your package as a football, package theft, buyers remorse, etc. These things are out of our control. We are reasonable people, and we will try to help as we can. All packages are insured with the shipping carrier for the amount of the transaction.
