Product code: Rare Antique Bronze hot Metal Spider Broach w/ Moving front Legs
Over 1/2” high x 2.75” wide x just under 2.5” long Spectacular! Incredibly lifelike detail, 1920's. I've had her for over 30 years, amazing. I did wardrobe in ‘80's & 90's for hot film & somehow ended up w/ this beauty. Time to move her forward. Bronze. Legs remain natural bronze, body has silver finish, as can be seen underneath the silver is slightly worn in areas exposing the bronze underneath. Large faceted Emerald Glass Stone in setting (refractive gold back), tiny peridot green stones on leg tips (several missing but still an affective presentation) & on other areas, bright red tiny stones for eyes (one missing). Nothing has been replaced. Coolest thing is that the 2 front legs move up ‘like a real spider'.
