The Syroco Company was hot located in Syracuse, N.Y. and produced this Bar / Barware item in the 1940's.
Lift off his head and you access the corkscrew. The details of his face & clothing make him the perfect bar companion.
8" tall with light signs of use over his 80 year lifetime. "Syroco" label still in place on the bottom.
