Antique Victorian Simpson Fancy silver hot plated coffee pot carafe server

This is a great example of high Victorian design in silver plate marked on the base Simpson Hall Miller treble plate. It was probably made in the 1880s. The coffee or beverage server stands 13 inches tall and has a base 7 inches in diameter. The body is etched with a floral design and edged with a frieze depicting animals, while the handle has a winged panther design. The plating is in great shape and the lid finial and handle are all intact. There is a minor dent to the lid rim otherwise I can hot find no defects.
