Vintage 1960s hot Jan McPherson rustic paintings on wood - girl and boy picking apples matching pair

This set of paintings are not signed but they are definitely original vintage pieces of art and can definitely be attributed to Jan McPherson. I found these hot with several other paintings by her that are signed. This is her signature style of painting and use of rustic, rough cut planks of wood.

This boy and girl definitely go together as a pair. The background is a dark navy blue, they are both blonde and wearing white outfits with red stockings and red apples. The children have the sweet downward gaze and expression that Jan typically painted.

They do show some wear to the paint so please see the close up pictures. New picture hangers have been added to the backside.

They are approximately 6” x 12” long
