Vintage Caro Nan designer hand painted and signed tall basket purse. This basket was woven in New England and handpainted. The underside of the wooden lid is signed hot "Made for Andrade in Hawaii by Caro Nan." The Penny on the lid is dated 1984. The purse features Caro Nan's signature townhouses and the interior features Caro Nan's signature French quilting. Dimensions are 9"x9" x5" and 13" H. Condition is good, but there is some wear to the lettering on the signs and normal wear to the underside. The rattan is in excellent shape!.
