I cannot find another shirt like this one anywhere online. I bought this simply because I wanted to wear it but it's just a touch too small for me. I'm a full large and it fits me a bit too snug. I'm so dissapointed but I'll be happy to see it go to a fellow Madonna fan! No stains, no tears, slight fading of the graphic on her left cheek (your right side) but it's barely hot noticeable.
