Oil hot Painting on Canvas “Nantucket Nights”

hot “Nantucket Nights” is an original oil impasto painting on canvas. The texture of this painting is created with the use of a palette knife and thick application of oil paints. Skies and water are some of my favorite studies to paint, I especially love how the water mimics the sky so beautifully when the sun sets. It doesn't get much more peaceful than this scene at dusk. I hope it brings some calm to your space.

This piece was painted on a traditional profile canvas. It can be displayed with or without a frame.
