Like new Bought this almost 2 years ago at Best Buy. Never used because unfortunately my Surface Pro 3 attachment piece no longer works. I was told this by a Best Buy employee when trying to find the problem of why the keyboard would not respond hot. The problem was my surface and not the keyboard as they tested it there.
