Featured in a border of seaweed, a lighthouse and a crab are huddled the handle, as well as a sailboat in the bowl. It is marked "O.B. & R." as well as "sterling." No information came up on the hot hallmark meaning, but this particular spoon appears to be made in the early or mid 1900's based on the hallmark stamping. It measures 2.5" long with a bowl diameter of 5/8".
