Vintage Philbe Sapphire Blue Fire King Oven hot Glass, 3 Bowls, 1 Cereal Or Deep Pie Dish & 2- 6oz Custard or Baker Dish, Anchor Hocking Co.
Vintage Fire King oven glass bowls. These are the sapphire blue Philbe pattern in one individual hot cereal or deep pie dish, and two of the individual 6 oz. custards or bakers. The individual cereal or deep pie dish is difficult to find and might be considered rare.
Measurements:
Individual cereal of deep pie dish--- 5 & 3/8" diameter and 1 & 7/8" tall
Individual 6oz custard or baker--- 4 & 1/8" diameter and 2" tall
Fire King Oven glass was made in 1942-1950. Very popular ovenware for many years. I had not seen the individual deep pie dish or cereal bowl before, I identified it using Gene Florence's book, Collectible Glassware From the 40's 50's 60's, 2nd Ed.
Not made for microwave use, I have heard of them cracking when used there.

Shop Policies:
I promise that everything I list on Etsy as "vintage" is a genuine vintage item or older. I will list any flaw I see so you can truly know what you're getting. But sometimes the technology fails in the pictures or the posting of them, so I try to disclose fully and let you decide if the item is what you desire. But in the event that you are still not satisfied and the transaction has been completed, I offer a full refund. I believe that you can buy with confidence, knowing that I will make every effort to be fair and accurate.
I invite you to ask questions, which I answer as promptly as possible.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: I LIKE TO GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL ON SHIPPING POSSIBLE--CALCULATED BY YOUR PARCEL'S WEIGHT AND ZONE IS BEST--SO I ASK YOU TO CONTACT ME WITH YOUR ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE. I usually offer at least two types of shipping, Priority Mail or Parcel Post and will combine like items, that is, items that can be safely packed together. If the package is light, it is possible to send First Class or if it is a book I can use Media Mail--I try to consider all possibilities to help save on shipping costs for you.
Nobody wants to receive a broken item so I wrap all things carefully with extra attention to fragile items--I use sturdy boxes, foam peanuts and bubble wrap.

I usually try to ship on the next day after cleared payment is received and on Saturday( our PO is open until noon on Sat.) but sometimes I will need to wait until the following Monday and if that is a holiday then the next day.
