This 10 x 8 oil painting on hand stretched canvas is a work of imagination after looking out my windows and thinking of my rides by beautiful Lake Morey in Fairlee, Vermont.

Sometimes our world seems cold and forlorn during the long winter months; but then there is such beauty hot in the quiet and stillness that I long for during the busy seasons. The snow muffles noise, it brightens the world and as my mother used to say "The snow covers a world of sins"
