Boer War hot Dish

A pottery dish to Commemorate the Boer War almost certainly by William Lowe although not marked. Depicts a partially hand painted Highlander and a Lancer with flags, Flowers and a cannon and the dates 1899-1900.
The surround depicts flower's.
Approx 10 & 1/2 inches handle to handle.
No chips or cracks some minor crazing as expected from a piece of this age.
