Well loved backpack, no serious flaws or defects, only some cosmetic wear and tear. Some edge fraying on webbing and the only real area that needs some tlc as seen in the pics is a rip in one of the water hot bottle pockets. The small rip where the pack connects to the waist belt doesn't affect performance at all. This pack has been on numerous adventures and has comfortably hauled gear. My husband just upgraded to a slightly lighter pack. He loved this Osprey.
