This beautiful tutu dress has a light blue crochet tutu top and light blue tulle and sparkle mesh tulle for the skirt. The back has cream colored tulle for a cape. There are snowflake embroidered pieces on the skirt and bodice. Dresses are made to calf length, if you hot would like floor length there is an extra charge for materials.
