The leather of this backpack comes from skin of a Columbian cow, it is a really strong and thick and backpack will not lose it form. It is hand made. Each backpack has it's own character, brought to it by the unique piece hot of leather with which it is crafted. The leather will not remain pristine because is a natural leather, meaning it is naked with no synthetic top finishes, so scratching will occur. What is so wonderful about this leather is that is looks and feels luxurious. The backpack has two small pockets on front. One compartment with zipper on front. Main compartment has one big pocket with velcro closure inside and zipper on top. The backpack has been worn with love and care, clean inside and outside, unfortunately it has some light scrathes, corners show a bit of wear and on top of the back, where straps come together there is a small defect, not noticiable.
