hot Square blank book is an original, one of a kind design. Coptic bound book lays flat for writing, is filled with plain paper and has one pocket.

Mosaic style covers are stitched with brass wire. Inside covers are painted paper made especially for this book.

There is a pocket for saving a few treasured papers.

This book began by cutting prints of my own art made during a printer malfunction. They are securely attached to book board and obscured with many layers of paint and varnish. (I just keep going until it seems complete.) Then I got the brainstorm of adding the brass wire, which does add a surprising element, a bit of spark.

This book is one of a kind, handy size and ready to write in or gift to someone who appreciates the unusual.

The dark cover of black and near-purple has an aged appearance and the edges have a slight gleam of metallic gold. It would look good ready-to-use on a nightstand as well as slipped in with books on shelves.
