Made by Coro, signed on the back with the Coro Pegasus Flying Horse & Coro at an upward slant followed by Pat. Pend- making this an earlier piece. This articulated gold plated floral necklace features: - 3 sections of open metal work with embossed leaves and bezel set shades of Amethyst crystals - 3- Dimensional beauty surrounded by bar linked chains- total length of the main part of the necklace is 11.5” - The center piece: 2.5” wide x 1 1/4” Long, the 2 surrounding sections are 1” wide x 1/2” thick The necklace is adjustable from both sides, outside of the bar linked chain is a tail on the right of 3.5” and the left 3 1/4” with an unsigned J-Hook, which is often how Coro signed necklaces back then. It's likely Circa 1950s when the Patent war between the designers really started to hot heat up. This pretty necklace is sure to delight and is a historic piece with no missing or wear of the gold plating. There are 14, 4mm Amethyst Swarovski crystals and 13, 4mm Light Amethyst crystals.
