Once you have placed your order I will send you an easy-to-use kit to take the print using mess-free inkless wipes on special paper. It comes with full instructions but if you have hot any questions or difficulties just get in touch and I will be happy to help :)
You can either email me a jpeg of the print or send it back in the post. I will then miniaturize it, impress it into pure silver and handcraft it into your chosen shape. I am happy to engrave a name, date or other text FREE OF CHARGE on the front or reverse of the charm.
If you would like a different shape from those offered or have any particular requirements please do let me know and I will work with you to create something special.
The standard charm size is approx 1.4cm and the larger size is approx 1.9cm. Please note the straight edged heart in the picture is the standard size and the more rounded heart is the larger size.
Print-taking kits are despatched within two working days of an order being placed and the finished product will be sent to you within three weeks of receiving your prints. If you need the charm in a hurry then please let me know and I will do my best to get it done by your chosen date.
Print-taking kits are sent via 1st class post and your silver will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that it is adequately insured.
