Bits will come wrapped in bubble wrap and packing materials to ensure safe travel. Assembly is normally quite simple, recommended glue/fixing I say is super glue or UV resin.

I print with high quality water based uv resin, I have found it very strong for personal use and it's supposedly better for the environment so double win. All miniatures are inspected by hand, the supports removed, washed in an ultrasonic bath, any excess water/resin is airbrushed away and then cured in a UV curing tank. There may sometimes be remnants of the supports or where the printer has created each layer but they are usually very minor and I've found often not noticeable after a layer of paint but they are easily filled with putty or a very light sand.
