This listing is for a dozen (12) made to order individually wrapped Butter / Almond Vanilla cookies. Each cookie will arrive in self sealing cellophane.
Cookies are handcrafted therefore minor variations are normal and should be expected.
In addition to cello bags each cookie is securely wrapped in bubble wrap upon shipping. I will do my very best to ensure they arrive in excellent condition but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for improper handling due to the USPS.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Once an order reaches the post office, it is no longer in my control. Package insured by USPS in case of a lost package issue.
I do not offer refunds on broken or damaged cookies or baked goods. All sales are final. Items are packaged carefully with loads of packaging materials but unfortunately as much effort as I put into packaging, items may occasionally break. Therefore customers are advised to follow through with USPS to file a claim on damaged items.
Please be sure to double check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any possible USPS delivery issues or mishaps.
