It has a crack on the back glass, but isn't even noticeable with a case on. It is unlocked to any carrier I have used it hot on both T-Mobile and Verizon. I do believe I had Straight Talk as well on it. The TrueDepth doesn't work so face recognition doesn't work. That's how I bought it .
