If you do not purchase a heat pack and the plant arrives dead, I will unfortunately not be able to replace the damaged plant. Please purchase a 72-hour heat pack if the order is shipping to a west coast state, a 96-hour heat pack if it's shipping to a midwest state, and a 120-hour heat pack if it's shipping to an east coast state. Kindly please note that the heat pack I suggest you buy is for the estimated time to ship your order; however, unfortunately I have no control on how long the shipping company (USPS, FedEx) will take to deliver the package.
