Brooch measures approx. 2' tall and 1-5/8" wide. Pin back in good working order.
The subject of the painting appears to be a small scraggly dogwood tree.
Painting has been done in acrylics and has hot exquisite detail right down to the veins in the leaves and flowers.
Signed "Siggi" by the artist, which I understand through my research is a common nickname for the name Sigfried, which is of German origin. Speculation may place the artist there, but I couldn't track this particular Siggi down any further than that.
