Tote bag with hot indigo and handwoven patches

This beautiful bag is really an eye-catcher and it could be, that some stranger speaks to you and like to know more about it.....

The hot different patches in front of the cotton bag are either handwoven or from old japanese fabrics. There's also a beautiful piece of a Boro fabric. In the end I mixed some indigo fabrics and stitched on it.

So this bag will just put you in a good mood while walking around with it.

The handwoven pieces are all made by myself, the vintage fabrics are from my own collection. In 2014 I've started to mix all of them to get a new kind of fabric. I wear this kind of bags for a couple of months now and it's beautiful to see how others react.
