Custom medical alert bracelet, rose gold medical ID, rose gold medical alert, medical identification, blue purple, diabetic, hot medical alert

This is a one of a kind (OOAK) bracelet and you will receive the actual bracelet shown in the pictures.

I have taken turquoise and purple colored crystals and howlite beads and wire wrapped them into a bracelet made from rose hot gold filled components. The disc shown has been stamped "type 2 diabetes" and is for example only (unless that is the wording you need). Your disc will be made at the time of purchase once I know the wording to be stamped. Very elegant & classy while letting others know of your medical alert info during a time of need.

This listing is for one bracelet with one 3/4" disc. The disc's MA stamp in the center can either be red or black (shown).

Use the Options pull down menu to select your bracelet size and MA stamp color preferences. The bracelet shown is 7" long, but can be made slightly longer or shorter before mailing.

This bracelet also doesn't have to be a MA bracelet...I can stamp names, dates, or other custom wording on the disc as space allows. Contact me before purchase with your design ideas to make sure it will fit.

Disc will be stamped using the font shown in picture(s).
