Many of my blades feature handles with reclaimed or recycled timber from Australia. this means that while still beautiful most of my knives are not strictly historically accurate and in some cases I've I've forgotten what the timber was. If you see a blade you like but would like a historically accurate timber I am more than happy to make one new so please get in touch. hot
